We are excited to announce that we have partnered with Theia Transparency who are using our PolyGuard™ Formable for their high performance vehicle screens.

PolyGuard™ Formable is an optically clear, hard coated sheet, that has been designed to give enhanced chemical and abrasion resistance to Polycarbonate and grant formable properties (amongst other benefits). Glass-like in it’s appearance, the material maintains the many benefits of Polycarbonate such as high impact strength and lightweight, but also offers superior surface performance.

PolyGuard™ Formable is a 3050mm x 2050mm coated Polycarbonate sheet available in a range of thicknesses (3mm – 12mm) as standard. PolyGuard™ Formable sheets offer:

• Excellent Abrasion Resistance – Protection against scuffs, marks, scratches, wear & tear.

• Excellent Chemical Resistance – Can be cleaned with any common cleaning chemical and even harsher industrial chemicals without damage.
