PPE Industries

The PPE Industry is one of the most stringent and demanding when it comes to quality and safety. Quality must be befitting of the price point and safety is of paramount importance. Peerless has worked on a variety of PPE projects from simple hard coated visors to complex items that require formable and different double-sided hard coatings.

Many products with Peerless coatings comply with (and exceed) EN166 approval.

PPE Hard Coatings

Due to spray application and UV curing, there is no shrinkage on the base material – ensuring that there is no additional visible distortion allowing the original plastic substrate to maintain the highest possible clarity. We have also developed a Formable Hard Coating that has been designed for use on PC and PMMA substrates to provide formable properties, and an Anti-Fog Coating which are both perfect for visors, googles and masks, with both offering scratch and chemical resistance as well as optical clarity.
