• Reverse Spray Painting – The front face of panels can be either frost or clear hard coated or could also incorporate our Anti-Microbial or Anti-Fog coating. The reverse side of the panel is then hand sprayed in a colour of your choice (all RAL or British Standard colours can be matched) or we can match any sample supplied. These are great ideas for splash backs in Kitchen/Bathroom type areas as they are extremely decorative and durable.

• Cosmetic Repair Painting – Cosmetic refurbishment is possible on a variety of shapes/parts. These can be fully rubbed down, prepped and resprayed to make them look as good as new again. We also offer our Tampo Print service to re-worked parts if required. Refurbishment can be a big time/cost saver as well as being good for the environment.

• Obscuration Band Painting – We can fully mask any product. The unmasked area is then blacked out using our hand coated application, this can be done to all types of shapes and sizes on assorted products.

• Frosted Paint Finishes – Parts that cannot be processed through our automated coating line, due to shape or hight, can be coated in a durable frost finish. This coating can be applied to either interior/exterior of the part, or both.

• Chemical Resistant Coatings – Working with our suppliers we have developed a solution to offer a coating that protects against Acetone (a chemical often used in cosmetics). When applied this gives great durability against spillage or cleaning of products.

• Anti-Microbial Coatings – As with our coating line, we are able to offer Anti-Microbial coatings applied by hand to any parts that, due to their shape or size, are unable to go through our usual automated coating line process.

• Special Effects Coating – Due to our vast spraying knowledge and experience we are able to offer various special effect painting finishes and ideas. We have developed an innovative coating method to obtain Chrome, Mirror and Metallic Effects such as Brushed Steel finishes. The coatings used for this purpose are water based and the processes involved are environmentally friendly. Unlike the traditional electrolytic chroming our coatings do not contain toxic metals.
