PolyGuard™ is a clear, flat, hard coated Polycarbonate (PC) sheet suitable for indoor and short-term outdoor use, offering superior strength along with an enhanced abrasion and chemical resistance. The pre-coated Polycarbonate sheet range has also been designed to grant many specialist properties, including anti-graffiti protection.
PolyGuard™ is available as: Hard Coated Polycarbonate, NIR Blocking Polycarbonate, Anti-static Polycarbonate, ESD Polycarbonate, Anti-glare Polycarbonate, Anti-fog Polycarbonate and Formable Polycarbonate.
Spray coated with a UV-cured, silica-modified coating that can be applied both single and/or double-sided. PolyGuard™ hard coated Polycarbonate offers a high quality, sustainable, flat polycarbonate sheet of 3050mm x 2050mm in a range of thicknesses from 2mm to 12mm as standard (Other dimensions and thicknesses available on request.).
PolyGuard™ hard coated Polycarbonate is glass-like in appearance, with up to 250x the impact resistance of glass and offers superior surface performance to the original polycarbonate.
Weighing approximately half the weight of standard glass when compared like-for-like in size and thickness – PolyGuard™ hard coated Polycarbonate sheets are near unbreakable.
