POLYCARBONATE

Tinted Polycarbonates
Is a specially extruded tight thickness tolerance(+/-10%) PC, available in 0.75mm and 1.5mm. The range of colours available are red, green and grey.


Clear Polycarbonate
A range of PC sheets available in 0.5mm, 0.75mm, 1.0mm and 1.5mm thick with a tight tolerance of +/- 10% on 90% of the area and 15% on the remainder.

Both tinted and clear PC are available in a sheet size of 1220mm x 610mm and are extruded to higher quality standards reducing black specs and inclusions making it ideal for a large range of optical applications.
     

ROHACEL

Rohacel is a closed cell rigid foam plastic based on PMI (Polymethacrylimide) it does not contain Rohacell any CFC's, it is thermoformable, machinable and bonded by reaction adhesives

to itself and to other materials. Rohacell has outstanding resistance to organic solvents, solvents for paints and adhesives, fuel constituents and most technical solvents. It does not withstand alkaline media though. Combustion does not result in corrosive or toxic emissions.

Rohacell IG.
Fields of application are model building, vehicle construction and shipbuilding, the manufacture of sports articles and medical technology. IG serves as core material for structural composites. Whether employed for prepeg, SMC or RTM techniques, it allows curing temps. of up to 160c. and maximum pressure of 0.7Mpa. IG is also thermoformable
