Peerless are proud to announce their purchase of a new Datron CNC machine. Due to the high demand for increased quality standards, tight tolerances and repeatability for CNC machined and profiled parts, Peerless have decided to select the Datron MM 1500-2 which is specially designed for the precise machining of large and small format work pieces and has been specifically engineered to suit the plastics industry. It has a machine bed area of 1 metre by 1.5 metre with a feed rate and positioning speed of up to 20m/min.

The solid vibration damped construction, with precision linear guides, is the basis for high production quality, even whilst machining at high speed. The positional accuracy of the Datron is so precise it has set new standards within the industry.

This degree of accuracy will enable Peerless to offer its customers a much more complete package at a more competitive price whilst maintaining continuous high quality.
