A unique high quality UV-cured hard coating with good optical qualities developed exclusively by Peerless.
Peeraguard protects and enhances acrylics, polycarbonates and most types of plastic substrates. Due to its excellent chemical resistance, it is ideal for anti-graffiti solutions.
It is available in a variety of surface finishes from clear down to 10 degrees of gloss, that can be produced from our extensive range of unique property formulations.
PEERAGUARD coatings are resistant to abrasion by wire wool. This can, therefore, be used to show a comparison between coated and uncoated materials. The end user can obtain an appreciation of abrasion resistance of the PEERAGUARD coating, by wiping 0000 gauge wire wool across a coated and an uncoated surface using equal pressure.
High specification coatings can be applied to both sheet and formed products to provide effective abrasion and chemical resistance for:
