An exterior grade hard coat with excellent abrasion resistance. The coating offers good optical clarity with no 'rippling' effect or flow lines and has a constant thickness. It is designed to give optimum protection against weathering, performance losses and yellowing caused by exterior conditions.
Peeraguard Exterior is resistant to contact with a large range of chemicals from basic cleaning fluids right through to aggressive solvents. (see technical data). Due to its chemical resistance it is also immune to graffiti, enabling easy cleaning, a virtual wipe off situation.
The coating has virtually no effect to the impact resistance of the base polycarbonate, and it is tested and proved using the falling dart method.
Peeraguard Exterior comes with a five year warranty
in Europe against loss of light transmission, yellowing and coating
failure.
