Head Lamps & Rear Lamps.
Courtesy of Sonneborn & Riech, UVT200 is a fully automotive approved hard coat lacquer system which we specialise in applying on our mouldings line. Normal applications being coatings to clear polycarbonate headlamps, coloured rear lamps, auxiliary lighting and plastic/polycarbonate windows for the automotive industry. It is approved by Ford, G.M., Rover, VW, BMW, Fiat etc. to their abrasion resistant specifications for head lamps and to EC Regulations.

Interior Finishes.
Using Peerless's own formulations and those of S & R, Peerless has the technology to apply a range of anti-reflective, textured, coloured and patterned finishes to a wide range of plastic substrates used in automotive interior schemes.

Base Lacquering.
Is a base coat which can be applied to DMC and BMC as a base coat pre-aluminisation treatments, it is a very smooth and high gloss product, enhancing the metalisation process.
