Peerless offer an effective CNC Machining and profiling service. We offer increased quality standards and high accuracy on tight tolerances and repeatability for CNC machined and profiled parts. This service is specifically designed for the precise machining of large and small format work pieces. Peerless use a Datron MM 1500-2 CNC Machine which has been specially engineered to suit the plastics industry. It has a machine bed area of 1 metre by 1.5 metre with a feed rate and positiong speed of up to 20m/min. The positional accuracy of the Datron is so precise it has set new standards within the industry.
Peerless also offer a comprehensive cutting and fabrication facility with a 4 metre by 2 metre wall saw and two precision table saws, one at 3 metre by 2 metre and the other at 1 metre by 1 metre. Both capable of working to tolerances of less than ± 0.2mm. We also have on site hot line bending and cold folding capabilities, as well as chamfers, bevels and drilling service. We specialise in CNC, fabrication and cutting of Polycarbonate, acrylics, PET, PETg, SAN and most other types of plastic substrates.
